Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Stamped Nomad (the “Service”), including the website at stampednomad.com and the Stamped Nomad mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Stamped Nomad provides visa information, country and city guides, travel news, document storage, and related tools for digital nomads and travelers. The Service is operated by Brandon Richardson.
User Accounts
Some features require creating an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Document Vault
The Stamped Nomad mobile app includes a document vault feature that stores your travel documents locally on your device. Documents are encrypted and protected by your device's biometric security. We do not upload, access, or store your documents on our servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your documents.
AI-Powered Features
Certain features use artificial intelligence, including document metadata extraction and event discovery. When you use these features, document images or queries are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We do not retain this data after processing is complete. AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may contain errors — always verify important information independently.
Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to the Stamped Nomad newsletter, you agree to the following:
- Sender identity: Newsletters are sent by Stamped Nomad, operated by Brandon Richardson, and delivered through our email service provider (Beehiiv).
- What we send: Visa policy updates, travel alerts, destination news, and occasional product or guide recommendations relevant to digital nomads. We do not send unrelated promotional content.
- Frequency: Generally weekly, with occasional alerts for time-sensitive policy changes. We do not commit to a fixed schedule.
- Unsubscribe: Every email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You may also email privacy@stampednomad.com to be removed.
- No sale of data: We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- Informational only: Newsletter content is informational and not legal, immigration, financial, or tax advice. Always verify important details with official government sources before acting on them.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Visa requirements, travel regulations, and cost-of-living data change frequently. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Always verify visa requirements with official government sources before making travel decisions.
Stamped Nomad is not a legal, immigration, or financial advisory service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamped Nomad and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or travel expenses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Intellectual Property
All content on Stamped Nomad, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Stamped Nomad or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services (including flight search, event listings, and maps). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
